Rev. Dr. Cecil Clements is the Founding & Lead Pastor of The Church at Powai. His passion is Preaching, Teaching & Music, and uses these gifts in the context of the various ministries of the church. He is a visiting Professor at South India Biblical Seminary and has also been appointed as Adjunct Faculty at Asbury Theological Seminary. His formal education includes an undergraduate degree from Houghton College, NY, and an M.Div & D.Min from Asbury Theological Seminary.
He is married to Dr. Sheila Clements, also an alumni from ATS and IIT Bombay.

Dr. Sheila Clements is the co-founder of The Church at Powai. She and her husband, Rev. Dr. Cecil Clements started the Church in April of 1997 after their return from studies in the US. She has a Masters degree from the University of Mumbai and a Counselling degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. She also has a Ph.D (Psychology) from IIT, Mumbai. She is a trusted Counsellor who has served the church and community through teaching in various seminars and forums as well as a Consultant in the Holy Spirit and Hiranandani Hospitals in Mumbai . She also heads Sampoornatha, the Counselling Centre attached to The Church at Powai and oversees the Christian Education component of the Church.
